Returns and Exchange Policy

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

We accept returns and exchanges of the following categories: equipment, swimwear and accessories.

Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.


Your return must reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g TSB000012345)


Condition of item(s)

Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!


Reimbursement & processing time

After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued Store Credit/Discount Codes equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.

How to Return/Exchange?

What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns?

We'll drop you an email once we've processed your parcel. For your parcel to be returned to you, there'll be a redelivery fee of $2.

How do I return my order?

You can return your order to us for Store Credit/Discount Codes within 30 days from the date your order is received/collected. Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging, including tags.

Returns via SingPost POPStation (SGD3.80/return)

Returns via Ninja Van Drop off/Home Collection (SGD3.80 - 5.60/return) 

Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it. We highly recommend returning your order to us via these methods as unreceived returns via a non-traceable mode of postage will not be reimbursed

I received a defective item, how do I request for an exchange?

We're incredibly sorry you received a defective item! :(

Please give us a chance to fix this - drop us an email at enquire@thestartingblock.sg within 30 days from the delivery date with the following info:

- Your Order Reference (e.g TSB002123456)

- Photo of the defect

Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags on.
