1. Late Cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to start time with no charge. In the event of sudden cancellation with reason, an official medical certificate/ letter may be requested. If the reason for late cancellation is invalid, you will be charged for the session.

2. Make-up Classes

If a class is missed due to personal/medical reasons or bad weather. You are required to schedule a makeup class within the same month at a mutually agreeable time otherwise it will be considered as expired.

3. Bad Weather Conditions

In the event of lightning, the lesson will not go on.

-  If less than 50% of the lesson is completed, we will offer a makeup for the class;

-  If more than 50% of the lesson is completed, subsequent lessons will be extended to make up for the time. 


4. Late Payment Fee

Class fees are to be paid in advance for the following month. Your invoice will be issued at the start of the month, fees are to be paid within 10 days of the invoice issued date. Failure to pay within 10 days of invoice issuing date will result in a late fee of SGD 25. 


5. Refunds

Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of non-attendance unless in the case of exceptional circumstances, such as operation or accident. In these circumstances, refunds will be disbursed on a case by case basis and we highly recommend appropriate documentation to be available.


6. Discounts/ Promotions

Discounts and/or promotions cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes class package discounts and referral programme credits.
